There are many interesting things in that your report...
Have you checked if they were on sale with other "final" letters?

•••

hmmm... this would have been normal 11 months ago.. D & H is odd.. guess its back to the books :) Pump & Dump attempt?

Wow, add it all up and they were on their way to a 4N ......with no letter

I have done a random check on the similar names and all are gone.. Not only with "d" and "h", but all others are registered already too... Is it good to invest in these now?

it is tempting but I think it would only be for resell and the majority of "resellers" are still in the recovery or denial stage of last yr.. I wont be jumping into a boat without checking for leaks ;)

This is an OBVIOUS CHINESE SCAM AND SHILL BIDDING. I hope nobody FALLS FOR THIS CRAP AND LOSES THEIR MONEY REGISTERING SIMILAR STUFF.

Any Reason behind this.. What would this be actually? Advice/Discussion would be appreciated..

But, I see there is a change in the Whois as well... Do You mean, they are fake sales?

This is better news for $GDDY investors over domainers. :lookaround:

Hmmm.. But when I bulk search for similar domains, Nothing is left.. Almost everything is registered year back... So obvious to see such a sale..

And if you notice the whois, those domain types are with few particular investors... They hold large number of similar domains..

Regards

Also, I noted 1 more obvious stuff..

8844D Sold for 1101$
8811D sold for 338$..

So where is the Chips and non-chips differentiation here?? So I agree to @David Walker , @ksusha64 ,@HireDomains ....

Someone trying to pump-and-dump.

These NNNNL domains are mostly used for casino sites in China. For example...

Someone owns 7733, they build a casino site on 7733.com. Then to keep the site available and to handle traffic flow they have 7733a.com as one room to play in, then 7733b.com, 7733c.com etc...

I am not sure why the investor here chose D and H, but that's what I have seen NNNNL domains used for mostly.

There is going to be one last burst of Chinese pattern domaining, and then it's going to crash hard before the end of the year.

So far I haven't been wrong on what the market would do in 2016.

Chinese investors are treating domains just like every pump-and-dump scheme, and the values are still propped up too high. The current floor 'chip' 4L price may be the peak, or it will go a little higher, but after that watch for a massive selloff once large portfolio holders realize that nobody will fall for the pump-and-dump anymore.

Interesting that D and H seem to be the main letters that go with this style of domain

Check the old sales listed and see if they go to casino sites, other than that I can see reason for these sales

I noticed this a little while ago. Sent the principal purchaser of these patterns a link to my 2266k.com
No bite.

Also, most of the domains that sold recently seem to be being used to advertise other (similar) domains that contain malware.
