nn-Days rules for Transfer

I know there is a 60-days rule for a newly registered domain (.com/.net/.org/.us/.biz/.info) to be able transferred to another registrar. If I have just transferred a domain to a new registrar successfully today, do I have to wait another 60 days to transfer my domain to another registrar?

the 2nd question - I heard someone taught about a 45-days rule - which says the domain (.com/.net/.org/.us/.biz/.info) must be 45 days before its expiration to be eligible for transfer. Is this true?

but eh, it seems there is no "transfer must be done NN days before expiration"

:o. I wonder if I can transfer my domains expiring in 10 days :O
