I bet this was a bullsh*t sale. GoDaddy never vets their BIN listings. Last week they had REED.com as a BIN for $500. Fully developed website and business. I also emailed the owner of another one also listed at $500 BIN. He has turned down offers of just under xxx,xxx and he runs his business on it for 20 years.

Most likely a false BIN listing. I have similar experience when I thought I got a great deal but only found that I got refund instead of domain.
