"NLP" - any issues?

I am thinking of buying a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) based domain and building a mini site, but not if it would be infringing any copyrights.
I'm not really sure about this one - is it a brand or generic?

i would recommend researching Grinder and Bandler (the founders of NLP) for relevant TM's, rather than putting too much weight on this one example (that seems more to be protecting their branding design, as such, within the pool of nlp seminar/book providers).....
