I am negotiating for NL.net and LN.net domains. I have a price in my mind but it your advices will be very valuabe for me.

It depends greatly on what the domains really are, however, an educated guess on an appraisal would be: a lot.

If you are an Investor/Domainer/Reseller, i personally wouldn't pay more than around $1.000 or a bit more , max. Not more.
And if you are buying in bulk (like 10 domains), then even less than that, high xxx each.
Of course it depends on the Letter/Number combination too.

I would never pay mid x.xxx for NL.net or LN.net domains. Unless its something like 4u.net

Here are some past sales:

8f.net $1.338
h0.net $1.600
3e.net $2.400
7n.net $1.650
t5.net $2.500
7q.net $1.010
etc...

My mistake.
I was referring to LL.net domains.
Still, I have seen cc.org domains sold about $1k so cc.net would go over $1k or even about $2k.
