He won't be posting here anymore he sold he's company off. There having support issues from what i know the new owner is having trouble with the take over and assigning staff. I would just suggest getting a refund.

Depending the number of customers and how much he was making a year. The buyer normally pays for 11 months of what he would get this year. If you plan on starting a business start off with resellers
