Great package for gamers!
I regged these a few months ago with the "bright idea" of exploring the finer points of TM issues and no plans to actually monetize via parking (good faith!) - haven't received any nastygrams from Nintendo about any of them but would certainly recommend that these sites be developed carefully perhaps as a gamer-oriented weblog or community site, rather than simply parked or used in any way which might be seen as infringing on Nintendo's legitimate trademark rights! On the other hand, I see that nintendonitis.com (not mine) has been parked at GoDaddy apparently since July 2007 - serving ads related to "tendonitis" but nothing referencing video games ...
I just checked teh Google and was pleased to see that the minimalist mini-site I put up at nintendonitis.org is number 5 in the search results. Hadn't even setup a live page for nintendonitis.net since regging it, but have now redirected it to the "nintendonitis.info" page (same content as the .org) ... And haven't yet checked traffic stats in my server logs - will certainly update this thread if there is anything newsworthy to report in that area!
Anyway, looks like these have great potential for development by someone who knows what they're doing (or can learn quickly) and has the passion for gaming to make better use of these domains than I'm expecting to have much time myself to really do these fine fine superfine names justice in the near future.
Auction is for the 3 "nintendonitis" .net + .org + .info domains all together as a package deal.
All 3 are registered at GoDaddy through October 2008.
