regarding TM, I don't think I could have any problems... there are so many nikolas sarkozys in the world..and I'm not sure, but I guess neither niKolas sarkozy nor niColas sarkozy is a trade mark.//

I'm not sure you will get a lot of type-in. IMO you won't get any from France: the French will always write 'Nicolas' in French (correct) spelling. As for the rest of the world no idea. I don't think the domain has a lot of uses - if it does not perform you can still request a refund within 5 days.

I don't count on the French. I know, that they will write Nicolas.... but for the rest of the world... I think it will work..

Maybe you could get some traffic now, but in one week it will dramatically drop, as it will be no news that he was elected. Once in a while his name will pop up in the news, but nothing as big scale as during the elections. I believe you are lucky if it makes the regfee back, as i cannot even imagine very relevant ads either.

As with all typos the value is based on the traffic you get. No point trying to guess at value until you get some traffic to report and then it's an average of 6-30 months revenue depending on TM issues.
