Hi, I'm selling NbaLayouts.com which is a niche myspace layout site that I planned on developing. The package which I'm selling comes with;

1. Nbalayouts.com Domain - Registered at NameCheap until September
2. Custom Design which you can view on the site (css, easy to customize, etc). I believe this design is well worth more than the starting price.
3. Traffic - The site actually does get some traffic from search engines, 40 unique visitors in the last 7 days. All from search engine querys such as "basketball layouts, nba layouts, player layouts" etc.

There has been some SEO done on the site, back when I first bought it I purchased 15$ worth of text links, so it's getting some decent rankings.
