Hi,
we are selling http://www.rental-video-games.com (affiliate site) because we wanna focus on only 2 sites from now on.
this site has never been advertised before, however it receives a steady 30 uniques per day (mostly from google and other search engines)
If you do a little research you'll notice that around 20.000 searches per month are made for the term 'video game rental' (source: http://inventory.overture.com)
This is a very good niche site because the competition is very low (only 5 rental sites, and 3 of them aren't even SE optimized).
It only needs a little time, and some steady backlinks to get out of the Google sandbox and to start pulling in major traffic for this search term alone.
And now for the best part:
We have setup a close partnership with Gottaplay.com for this site.
Instead of the normal $15 per signup, our account is setup so we get $18 per signup no matter how many signups we send each month.
On top of that, we received a personal order page (where our logo would be placed on top) because it was our intention to integrate their signup page with our site.
All this will be transfered to you, and i can even bring you in touch with the Gottaplay people so they know what to expect.
Anyway, their are also adsense ads online and it seems that the PPC price is high sometimes because during the last few months i noticed several clicks earning me between $0.10 and $0.50 per click
