Undeveloped it wouldn't be worth more then $25.00usd. However, developed and finding a interested end user could lead to an exceeding price of $700.00usd.

Developing it as a fan site might be a massive project to take on, but if you decide to go for it, it could really pay off in the end. Undeveloped I still think the names are great, $50-100 at least...good luck!
