domain Nhkbs and brands

This is my first post, so forgive me if I'm being a bit rude in starting out sniffing for appraisals. I have two dotcoms, one is nhkbs, which is the name of Japan's satellite version of the BBC. It is a premum government owned channel. The other is mansrolex - which is, well, you know.

I am curious about the issues of copyright for both. I may just keep the rolex name and do ebay links off the page. I also would like to know how to sell the nhk name to met maximum bang. It's very familiar to any Japanese, but the domain market in Japan is pretty much amorphous right now. When I check Japanese auctions, the few domain sellers are offering worthless domains for 100s or 1000s of dollars. No bidders. Obviously, I can't approach the Japanese government and ask for a sale. Even if they were game, it would take them 20 years to decide. Any ideas?

First the domain with "rolex" in it has TM-issue, and the company behind Rolex do sue domainers using the name:
http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/search/
Try to search rolex and you get 3 results, where the Rolex company has won and where the domainer had to transfer to them.


Regarding "nhkbs" and the japanese market, I dont know anything, so I cant give you any advice, sorry.
