Microsoft owns most Xbox Next domains so I registered this one for a fan site

Non-commercial "fan" sites work better with "personal" domains ... and I think the perception of a TM issue will hold this one down in re-sale, IMHO. Certainly, however, you could proceed with your development plans after careful research.
