.info is a weak TLD. I can't see lawyers using a .info for a website, even though it would be a good fit for educational material.

Perfect for info site, but not much an enduser material. As they are in the business where reputation is everything most of the major lawyers choose the .com version. But I still think it holds some value, maybe try Flippa.

These are names that need development to really gain any value.

These names would require the .com for any stand alone value.
