The website might be worth more if it is generating some revenue but as far as the domain name is concerned, it is worth reg fee in resale market if sold without any website. Good Luck with your site.

Thanks for all the replies. I wanted to get a shorter name but they are all taken.
First time heard about CommonSense Search. The script is developed by a friend, I made some twists to match the topic of the domain.
