What does new faxes even mean? I'd be grace deleting this one. IMO.

NewFaxes could describe a Scan-To-Email new fax service, like efax. Granted, this is already being done, but I don't see any reason why there's not room for one more competitor.

If you're not going to develop, then yea, delete it.
