domain Newbie Domain Appraisal

Hello! I'm new to domain buying / selling for profit, and I thought I would start with some geo domains, as their easily developed for travel sites. So, just wondering what you think of these:

CheapFlightsJapan.net
CheapFlightsJapan.org
CheapFlightsJapan.biz

I chose "cheap flights japan" due to the high number of searches per day according to WordTracker (using compressed search) and low number of competition on G (using inurl inanchor and quotes "")

personally I think you could make more money developing those site's. They have an easy to remember name to them, the ONLY downside is you don't have the .com..As/is I don't think you could get much for them unless you sold them as a bundle...But to think, if you were to develop them and optimize them because that keyphrase does get alot of searches, and network the 3 domains together..I think once its established, getting traffic, and generating revenue you could turn around and sell the 3 as a bundle for a huge profit..Maybe even to the guy who owns the .com...

I'm no certified appraiser but I say keep it and develop it..The turn around could be HUGE!

Thanks! That's actually what my plan was, but I just parked them for now. Good to here that my idea is solid.
