Hi

I have xxx.mobi (that is my friends name and i wanted to make a dum site about him) but i did see that XXX.com is a gay site... My question is could i ask XXX.com if he would buye the domain name or is that TM issue??

This would likely lead to TM issues as it would be, almost assuredly, construed as cybersquatting. That being said, you aren't actually cybersquatting as you have demonstrated no bad faith, however you do run a risk. My suggestion, if you wish to attempt the sale, would be to first edit the name out of this thread, asap, and then to develop the site related to your friend. this would establish a legitimate use for the domain and eliminate any virtually any legal risks associated with attempting a sale.
