NEW USER! Pros please Help!

I have 2 domains that I just got and they have alot of traffic. These are UP and Running sites as of right now. What is the best thing to do? If I park them then the content will be gone...So what is the best thing to do?

Try adsense.

You can keep your site but still make money from ads.

Yep, adsense should do it. You can combine adsense with with some affiliate links/banners related to any products your sites are about too for the potential for even bigger $$$$$$$

You may also want to try putting in some affiliate links or targeted banners related to your keywords.

Google doesn't seem to be sharing the wealth as much these days.

Thanks for ALL the Help! I will do that..BUT..The sites are still up and running but I did NOT buy the Site just the domain name.. Can I somehow take over the site? Can I keep the content? Or do I have to make new content, etc..This is my main concern!!

if you have not site than you have 3 choices.
1. offer to seller of domain to sell you the site as well
2. make your site.
3. park domain and monetize traffic for a while. (not the best thing to do with up and running domain, because traffic will slow down quick.)

I really appreciate the advice from all!

These 2 sites are 2 unique sites for a certain service. I do not know ANYTHING about these 2 services. Can I use their programs/content or do I have to come up with my own if they will not sell the site itself? Both of these sites are Very Technical type sites that are very useful but I know nothing about. And the domain names are exactly about those "services"! If I can not use the exact content..Can I change it around and can I use some of the download files that make the sites work?

I would hate to lose all the traffic, as one has about 60 uniques per day and the other has about 120 per day.

Ok.. I get to develop with content.. And to do the Affiliate Programs with Adsense..

How does the redirect 404 help me with these sites since they are Very Specific Service sites? How does that work?

If you want to contact me about some options you can send me a PM. There are ways to make a copy of the existing content if that is allowed by the owner. If not, you can use the copy to make it easier to create re-direction pages, or even copy the site page structure and then add your own design and content that is like what the old site had.

Some sites might do better with a specific affiliate program on the same topic, or you might be able to get business leads to sell to a company in that same line of work, but that may be difficult. AdSense is by far the easiest option to work with.
