I created this site and officially launched it on 10/28 and within 12 Hours we had 500 members registered. So as of around 3am on 10/29 site went to invite only. I decided i was going to sell the site so i opened registrations again around 4 hours ago and people are still signing up.


We have not added any ads to the site but we have received one donation so far. On creating this site we anticipated making around $300 - $500 a month from donations.

I have not done any advertisements other then a few post and a email from another site of mine. I would like to remain a link partner and possibly a admin if at all possible.

The winner will have 48 Hours to make arrangements to move the site from my server.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Also i will transfer this script to you and it will support a total of 3 sites in case you wish to make a clone.

we were going to make the site private after the first 500 members. Alot of private trackers are very successful.
