New to Domaining - Have studied internet marketing in general

Hello, I'm very excited about the domain industry. I have acquired a handful of domains and now I need to learn the selling/transaction/transfer side of things. My next step is to figure out if I should proceed as a business or conduct the domaining as an individual. I'm here to interact and learn with those who share an interest in domaining. Any mentoring and help is much appreciated.

Sorry I can't help you with tax info .. I'm thinking it's both country and case specific. My non-professional advice is that I don't think it really matters when you start and aren't making a profit yet. The moment you see yourself getting more successful and turning profits than maybe look at incorporating depending on your location.

I'd think the first step is to check out how other domainers value your domains by sharing a couple of them in the appraisals section. It's always best to figure out if you've started out right or if you've made some of the many mistakes we've all made starting out.

Definitely list your domains at all the places you can for free (Afternic, Sedo, Uniregistry, Flippa, etc) to increase your chances of selling.
