It is a little information overload for me. I think it would be great to add a couple of images. I think that the color scheme is great for the topic. I would also emphasis your Main Menu and Resources areas a little more. They really blend in to what is going on with the rest of the page. Maybe make them tabs along the top?

Still a bit heavy on the text side, a few more images would help to loosen it up. Other than that, solid CMS work.
