.tv New Premium Domains

I don't want to discuss Legacy Premiums.
I don't want to discuss Premium List available at Name/Dynadot/Enom.
I don't want any comments regarding the general Premium structure.

My request is very specific and I'd appreciate it if someone who knows could clear things up.

I was interested in a domain. For the sake of argument, let's just say it was CENTERFOLD. It was to drop in 3 days. It is pending delete.

This domain is NOT on the old original premium list.
This domain is NOT on the new original premium list.

I setup a backorder on CENTERFOLD.TV.

It NEVER appears on NAMEJET pre-drop auctions.
I get a note saying my backorder is setup.

Three days later:

I get an email saying that the backorder failed.
The domain is currently available at Name.com for $825?

Is VERISIGN interrupting the normal drop process to recategorize names as PREMIUM... or do I have something described incorrectly? For example - this WAS a premium.

And Part 2 - How can I tell if it is going to drop as a premium?

I guess my list is out of date. Maybe there isn't a real "list".

Never thought of using ahead.tv!

Suppose it has some use after all. Looks like a lot of the ones I'm looking at were premium and aren't on my list.
