Hi,

I have a design for my next portfolio site that I would like you to review. It might take a minute to load since it is just one big jpg. When I slice and code it, it will stretch all the way to the bottom and the background will line up correctly. The URL is http://www.mattmdesign.com/newsite.htm
if you want to see my current site you can go to mattmdesign.com, but it is a much more simple and completely different type of design than this new one, hopefully I have gotten better :). Let me know what you think please.

Thanks, Matt

I like all of it, except for the "Matt Martin" font and the footer. I don't know why, but the header looks like it's unfished. Try wrapping the exterior of the left/right to the bottom.

I completely agree with Gene. It does look pretty leet though.

Good Job,

Agreed, clean cut site, the side bars (or lack of them in the mid-top) throw me off, but otherwise a good job.

Hi,

I have made some changes to the site, you can see the newer version at http://www.mattmdesign.com/newsite2.htm and you can toggle between the 2 versions by clicking on the main site images. All text will be actual text, not graphics. Keep the comments coming! :)

Thanks, Matt

You've didnโ€™t make what guys told you, the header still not complete, you need to work on it, as guys here said and I agree with them.

Add to this, you need to work on the footer, you need to improve the graphical issues there too.

The second design is somewhat a change to the color theme, which is good, the both designs are good, but concentrate on the header and the footer of the website.

BraveIsamu, what graphical issues do you mean?

I made some more changes. You can see 'em at http://mattmdesign.com/newsite3.htm
The thumbnails will all be different, they are just placeholders now and there will probably be 12 of them.

Yeah, it's better now, you have improved the header, but "Matt Martin Graphic & Web Design" still bold simple white text that looks odd for the design, you need to work on it.

It is very weird over to the right but looks nice.

Looking good though i little chilly for my liking, i think you need to try and change the "Matt Martin Graphic & Web Design" text on the header try and make it more interesting at the moment it looks to bland and basic.

Good going so far :D
