The script is merely a search engine - remember, none of the files are hosted on your server, nor are any of the descriptions even. Everything is pulled dynamically. For example, Google, if you search through it, provides links to sites that list MP3s for download. In some cases, Google even lists direct links to the MP3 files (if you use the right search terms). Google offers direct links to these files, and they definitely aren't doing anything illegal.

The copyrighted music that is being downloaded, if any, is not within your control. The users downloading the files and playing them are risking legal consequences, but the script itself is made for legal MP3s and WMAs that are freely distributed. If a user downloads a copyrighted MP3, then it is their responsibility, not yours.
