Lets break it down for you.
StreetBroadway(.)com - Your best and an interesting one. Broadway is a famous boulevard and there are many intersecting streets> Hollyroller was so dead on with his suggestion one can only add to it. Each intersecting street has businesses there. Do google map search for Broadway. Drag the little man down to the street level. It's a cool view. You could develop an interactive tour/map down Broadway.
Incase you don't understand what Hollyroller was poniting out to you I will explain a lil more. Your name can be used as a "Sub Domain" Think of it as a "root" word that can use suffix and prefix words/letters to elaborate.
IE
42nd.StreetBroadway.com -
this can be repeated for each street. And used as a web page or site. Who and what are at 42nd Street and Broadway? And all other intersections ....
43rd.StreetBroadway.com
71st.StreetBroadway.com
Main.StreetBroadway.com
Name.StreetBroadway.com
etc ....
NyCityPark(.)com - Basically you could clone the
NYC parks and Recreation site and add some new features. However this wont see a lot of type in traffic so marketing, branding and advertising would be needed. Let it drop, give it away or auction with $1 start.
NYCParks ... not NYCityPark
NewYorkCityParks
NewyorkCityStadium(.)com - No play in my mind. What are you selling? Stadiums? Seats? Parking, concessions etc ..... Most stadiums have sponsors and names. This name in it's singular form suggests a single site or location and not what the use would be. Let this drop
try to be uniform
NYC Stadiums. Don't mix your patterns like you did (NYcity)
PcMicrosoft(.)com -
Clear TM issue ....do not argue this or no one will take you serious.
Drop this name or try to get a refund. One of the best reasons to ask
for a refund is TM violation. Every one buys a TM name at one time or
another so shrug it off and move on.
Good Luck
