In all honesty , I should say somewhere around reg fee and $ 15.00 - if you get more for them that's great, however the terms in a couple of them are not worth much .

in the case of sinfulhabits.com I should say $ 45 -60 or even more to the correct client ( gear it towards adult content)

hotblogposts.com is the best of the bunch $ xx to mid xxx to end user - if you develop it , try to make it a gossip blog ( something like perezhilton ) and see ...

Everyone knows you can't go to Walmart and buy a screwdriver for $8 and then turn it for a profit. But for some very strange reason people think you can register a $8 domain and then flip it for a profit. It's possible, but so is winning the lottery.

i agree with you somewhat - i think you can nab great domains that are not registered just by looking at current events and doing a little word play - but i assume in your thinking the best way would be to watch out for dropped domains and domain auctions? Are there any specific tools besides looking at justdropped or pool.com for obtaining great domains or (keyword suggestions based on search trends)?
