Google have come up with a new Ad Format for AdSense

Just a quick note to manjibu, your ad links is very bright in the negative way. Try to blend it into your design there.

I'd be so much cooler if they didn't have a huge "Adlinks by Google" link, they'd fit in with sites so much better. Then again, I think CTR is going to be pretty high from my site ("Related Links", for example, http://www.w3dictionary.com/transmission+control+protocol/). Any suggestions?

Agree completely with Scott, the "Links by Google" should be smaller and maybe at the bottom or even not there at all.
