New features released! Need testers and opinions!

Hey all!

We have just released a whole batch of new features on http://MyImgs.com! They include:
- Multiupload (for madium or large accounts)
- Folders (for medium and large accounts)
- Thumbnail Previews
- Move images into folders/ out of folders
- Redesign of control panel
- Added JPE extension

We are working on batch uploading, batch downloading and using sessions instead of cookies for NEAR NEAR future!

Hey Josh, first up I thought I should let you be aware of a Runtime Error I'm getting on your pages:

I really love the Control Panel!! :tri:

I uploaded an image. I got a page to tell me that it was successfully upload, which is great, except it would be much handier if that page then redirected you back to the control panel, or included a link back to the control panel. (A page similar to the page that appears once you delete an image is what I'm taking about!)

In the 'Change Profile' page it has a table for 'Paypal' details. You should explain what it is you enter into them boxes, and I don't even know what it is I need to put in there! You should explain all your options, and mark them with stars so they are required information, just to make sure your getting genuine sign-ups.

You should also explain some of the scripts such as 'Randomiser' and 'Galleries' because I'm completely lost on what to do on enterance to them pages.

All and all, I think it's amazing!! I really don't need image hosting, but I think your website is excellent along with the features that I might just sign up for that Large package! It may also help you along!

You should install a community forum for your site. I think this would be a great addon. If so, and need some help running it... :hehe:

It's a nice site. However some tiny suggestions. After I uploaded my pictures I'm kinda of stuck on that page unless I click something in the menu. Maybe you should have a link... Upload more images or Back to image manager. It's just easier for visitors that way. And, you indicated in the uploader no images with spaces, underscores, etc. Maybe you need a script that coverts spaces and other symbols not alllowed to something that is allowed. (Although I don't understand why underscores aren't allowed) Yet when I uploaded a picture with a space, it didn't tell me I couldn't do it, so it does work.

Still, looks like it has a lot of potential. However I have to warn you. Many free image hosting sites have shut down due to high bandwidth costs and low paying members so be careful.

Oh, a little note, I love your easy to use interface on the Image Manager. The pop up windows, stats, and preview functions are great!

Yes, we did at one time restrict those in the names, but have since fixed them to work.

We will add a back button as suggested also.

As for not surviving, we have 3 other plans to choose from (paid). We get about a 20% upgrade rate from our original sign ups. We have been running for over 1 year, and are still going strong

Ok, here are some additions we have made as were suggested:

- PayPal info: is now changed to read PayPal Email Address (for billing)
- Randomizer and Gallery pages now given short tutorial on how to use.
- Back button to Image Manager added to upload page
- Allowed spaces, dashes and underscores in imagenames.
- Added a feature: FOLDERTREE. Allows users with many folders and images to quickly find where they are located in their folder trees.
