no.. I mean creating a site and attracting traffic to it.... I don't see that any of these sites get "natural" or type-in traffic... so you have to build it yourself. That means content that people want to see. You only park what people are going to already.... e.g. if you had "nanepros.com"... there would be little point in creating anything .... but DREFIX.COM needs you to think outside the box... be creative... a Dr Dre Fansite perhaps.... or something about the 2004 election being fixed and the role of DRE voting machines....might be a bit past it now... but Bush isn't Mr Popular....people love a good conspiracy...

get my drift? There is no easy way to make money unless you are lucky enough to stumble on a great traffic domain... and...as anyone will tell you here.... those days have long passed....

By development , I mean add some content which is not already available online or develop a useful tool.

FRATERNIZED.com is a dictionary word domain and should be worth more than reg fee.

DNBOARD.info is a good name too. I was going to say $10 to $20. But why would people get this domain for these prices if they can get the .us, .org and .biz of its counterpart version at the registration price? These TLDs are still available as of today.
