I love the design to be honest. It is nice, and it fits what it is there to do. It is maybe a bit too techy, but not enough to be worried. The green menus are nice as well (something I thought I would never say).

However, on pages like the search and contact pages, the titles are too close to the adsense, and also the titles don't really fit in with the style of the site. On the home page, you have nice little bold, but small, titles to head the paragraphs. Maybe you should use them! :D
