I've been researching some domains I bought 8 years ago and have left alone other than paying the annual renewal fee. I was googling the domains to see if someone is or has pursued a business related to my domains. Then I just ring them up and offer to sell, right?
Well, I found a company whose name and main product line IS one of my .com domains. (I was wondering where the traffic was coming from.) They currently use the .net.
The company has been in business less than a year, has over $1M in sales, has distribution in every state, and is about to go international. I think they need the .com I own!
Should I contact them? And, if they are interested what would be a good starting price to ask for? What would you want if this were your domain?
