domain New at this, need your appraisals

Dear NamePros,


I found this forum through google, and looks the right place to ask for an appraisal.

I'm new at this business, after all, I never did any business selling domains.


However, I am in need of money and I have a few domains for sale, which I need your help to know where to sell them, how much, etc.


The domains:

WHPlace.com .net and .org (I own the 3, it means: WebHostingPlace so it's a very good domain for the webhosting industry. Doesnt have much traffic, its too low traffic, but can be a top domain and easy to remember, it has future. It's also registered for more than 1 year ago, all the extensions.)


MainIRC.com (Main - Internet Relay Chat)

Local-Spot.net (I think its a good and easy to remember domain, Created on: 24-Jan-07, it's quite old and registered until 2010 I think).

I'm sorry but your domains does not have specific niche.. WHP means a lot of things same with IRC...

I agree, but WHPlace does have a specific niche.
WebHostingPlace, and webhosting is a huge world. I think it's an awesome name, good, captive.


Just my opinion, it should worth something.

Sorry, no value in these names, thats fine if you can brand WHPlace, but if someone saw that name, they would not think of WebHosting as a first thought, you better off finding something with WebHost in the name if you want to go that angle
