I am looking to buy networkforall.com I don't know how to contact the owner though. If I ever can make contact, should I send a lowball offer at first? If so how much do you think my first offer should be? I don't wanna low ball the owner with only a 50k offer, or anything like that. Do you think 200k would be too low?
