LOS ANGELES, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Network Solutions has forced millions of people to buy Internet domain names from them instead of cheaper competitors through a scheme that's netted the firm millions of dollars, a federal class action lawsuit filed today by Kabateck Brown Kellner, LLP states. ICANN, whose policies facilitate the scheme, is also named in the suit, filed in U.S. District Court, Central District of California.

And by the time you finally get a trademark and file a dispute, the domain/s or
so will likely be available or even taken by someone other than NetSol. Money
not worth well spending for.

wow, i cant believe this. i just searched "youassholenetsol.com" and yup, a couple seconds later they have their info in the whois. It shows up as available on their website, but go daddy reports it as unavailable. this is outrageous. Im glad i never used them before, but now i am really pissed thinking about all the domains i may have tried to registered, they could have been stolen by netsol. jeez. i hope they go down, this is very unfair practice.

Defense

I can't wait to hear their defense. We are only trying to help our customer.s Maybe the lawsuit will show who selling searches at the who is level. Someone is mining them and that will likely be part of Netsol's defense.

NetSol trying to steal what you never owned, much more never paid for, to start
with? I will truly be grateful (even donate you a lot of NP$) if you can kindly help
me understand how that's possible.

Sometimes I find it sad when people maintain such unfounded thinking and would
go off spreading it as some kind of gospel truth. But...that's life.

I then went to godaddy to reg the same domain and got the message:
