I own a forum and want to add a network bar at the top, a bit like the one thats on hotscripts.com and IFroggy. Do you use frames for this , im confused and stuck?

I would use frames or the include code because if you dont, you will have to update every single page.

Would not use frames, since you say its on a forum, just add code for it at the very top of the header template

There is no need of using frames for this kinda bar.
If you want, frames can be used. If not, you can also do it without frames...!

I was thinking of adding an online radio to it aswell, so i think frames may be best as i dont want the bar to update each time the page loads.

How would i go about sizing? Id obviously want it to work for people in 800x600 and people on higher res.

if you want to add a online radio, using frame is the only choice, i think

Im using popups at the moment BUT it gets blocked on 60% of browsers. A user has to want to click the radio befor it launches.
