Netfirms is undoubtedly the worst registrar I've ever worked with. Customer Care is generally pretty good if they are able to help you. If it is an issue that they don't know how to deal with, prepare to wait a year for the problem to never be resolved and you gladly transfer your names elsewhere. Fortunately, transferring names is pretty easy (if the name shows up in your account properly). Nice price though...

When will I learn??? I just tried to register two names at Netfirms for this promo. I checked out, and they gave me a security warning for some reason stating that they would review the purchase before it was made. I then get a notification that I was charged, but if I go and look in my account, neither name is there, and a WHOIS shows that neither name is registered. So now I get to deal with their customer support for who knows how long. Stay Away!!!
