No promo code, you just need to follow the url I posted above.

It did show 4.95 promo to me when i tried to practice reg a domain. However, it doesn't seem to apply for transfers though.

Also, i'm not sure if they put a cap limit on your credit card number. If you've used a specific card for that promo for like 5 domains, the promo won't work anymore?

It's for new regs only. I don't know about the cap.
