Net Sol's Certified Offer Service

Today I received an unsolicited offer from Network Solutions "Certified Offer Service". When I click the link to respond I see that if I want to accept or counter I have to check a box where I accept their terms and conditions.

Does anyone have any experience with them and their process?

It's kind of "slow" to get paid after you strike the deal. About a month via a paper check. The good thing when you get a Certified Offer, 8 times out of 10, it's an End User. So counter wisely. It costs $19 to send the Certified Offer, plus 5% of the final price for the buyer.
