.info .net,.org & .info: Which is best?

I've seen a lot of people arguing that .info domains are underated recently and so I thought it may be a good time to ask the question about which domains are best of the three extensions: .net, .org & .info.

1st: .ORG, 2nd: .NET, 3rd: .INFO
I think that may be great to have a ORG domain if you are having your forums or organization!And .net still is one of topclass domain so I think 3rd option!
