Useful...
$49.00 (take it with a grain of salt...I really don't have any idea what that extension is worth).

Real nice .co.uk
Although singular would be premeire: Neighbor.co.uk

Neighbors.co.uk IMO has great worth!
a winning domain as I see it!

Goodluck!

Sorry to dampen the enthusiasm for this name but it's a classic co.uk name error.
co.uk is (obviously) a UK domains and there is no such word in the UK as neighbors - the word in the UK is spelled "neighbours".

This happens a lot with words like say haematology/hematology, gynaecology/gynecology.

Obviously if it was .com, .us or whatever then it would be fine but in co.uk it just doesn't work IMO, sorry!

Actually it serves as a very good reminder to us all - different spellings mean that you have to be very careful with your domain and extension mix.
It's easy to get very excited, only to realise that you have made a mistake.

So be sure to wear your :gl: when you check your domains or you will be :bah: when someone :talk: you to point out your error and you find yourself the center of :snaphappy: over your mistake and you go home :'( ing!

Even though the name discussion here has pointed out the flaw in the spelling of "neighbor" vs. "neighbour"

A valid point I'de like too make is regarding a UK~Brit comedy titled: Good Neighbors (spelling is *neighbor*)

* Visit the link below.. buy all three series! "-)

http://www.dropbears.com/amazon/type_browse/mode_515086/template_scifi.html

Stokie.. you may want too affiliate and sell these on Neighbors.co.uk
Might work!

Goodluck!

Purely for correctness, (I make a rule never to argue with people called Wanda!), the UK comedy was NOT "neighbors" but "The Good Life" {Quote from the site link - "The Good Life" (aka "Good Neighbors" in the US) } ( a truly great British comedy and with the gorgeous Felicity Kendall to weaken the knees of every British male!)
The term "neighbors" was only used in the US - that is not to say you can't sell it or use it for affiliate programmes with the co.uk - just pointing out the truth.

I tend to agree with you, Mr. Webname.

Having learned two versions of English, and having driven extensively on both sides of the road while on different sides of the Pond, I too get these two versions mixed up once in a while.

After all, US and UK are seperated by a common language!

I do remember the raised eyebrows while trying to sell "US" version of a name to a British prospect, and being told "this ain't spelled right, fella" while trying to do it the otherway around. Gets really interesting at times.

Interesting discussion.

It all boils down to targetted, end-user centric makretting. This domain is NOT a typo domain. However, thanks to Verislime, typos too are fashionable again. ;)

It would be worthwhile to explore selling it to the domain link Wanda has posted above.

Great job fishing that potential lead for Stokie, Wanda. Amazing! :)
