Needed: Script to publish rss feeds to website

Hi: I'm looking for a way to:
1. publish news links (via rss, probably, from any rss feed I choose) to my landing page.

2. Clicking on link above takes the visitor to a page WITHIN my website where the full text of the article can be viewed (with proper atttribution, of course).

Can anyone assist?
