Needed Free Help

Hi,
I am just now getting back into designing my son's motocross site and as some of you know, I am totally new to web design so I am here to beg for some help. Also, we are still recovering from hurricane Katrina so I can't offer a whole lot monetarily, but I will give anyone who helps all the credit they deserve, link backs, etc...
If anyone is willing to help develope this site, pm me and I will get all the details of what I want to achieve and what is needed back to you.
Here is just a brief summary of what the site is suppose to be about:
Motocross kids, upcoming stars. It will list track info., motocross events, news, an interactive forum for motocross discussion, photo gallery...this type thing.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I don't have a lot of time to devot to studying how to do web design, and what I have tried to learn is basically greek to me, so the site is really going to have to be scraped and re-done.
