im currently looking for somebody who atleast knows the basics of HTML and CSS to do a quick project for me that i am unable to finish, it comes full with instructions and shouldnt take the average coder very long at all because its such a short project (Im thinking about 15-20mins). Quick $5 paypal to the first person who finishs it but i need it finished by 5am PST today (Monday).
