Need your help - web design block!

I have sort of a writer's block - err web designer's block

I've sort of hit the wall regarding web designs, especially blog themes. I have been at it for 8 years thus far. I need your help. What do you do when you have hit a wall? Do you sketch your designs on paper first and then move to photoshop or do everything in ps?

i look at deviantart.com under the web interfaces section and look at the most amazing designs on the internet for inspiration.

sometimes I do sketch things out on paper, but not normally.
