I really want to know which Php version is overall the best among Php Version 4.1.x, Version 4.2.x, Version 4.3.11, Version 4.4.1, Version 4.4.2, Version 5.0.4, Version 5.0.5, Version 5.1.2, Version 5.1.4.

I recommend 4.4.2 - why? Its one of the best releases.

You cant go wrong with it.

Alternatively, 5.1.x - but its got some new functions and such as its php 5

I'd go with the PHP 5 route. Soon all the new versions of scripts are gonna go to the 5.x series, and not be backwards compatible. Java 1.5 hasn't been out for long, and already there are projects that are incompatible w/ 1.4. It's best to know and use the latest once they become pretty crashproof.

I'm still using 4.4.2, i would upgrade (Move) to 5.1.x (Server) but i havnt come across any new functions that i desperately want to use.

Always use the latest version if you can. Not all hosting servers might have 5.x yet though.
