Need website design for pet related site

I need a custom design, using custom images, for a pet related site.

I will need full PSDs so my web programmer can code with the design.

I am looking for a company (or individual) that can turn this round in no more than 4 weeks, is happy to make any changes to the design where necessary and will provide reasonable after-sales support.
