Hello everyone. I am looking for a banner to go in the top dark blue space at the top of www.xcsleague.com/index.php

I need it to fit the entire space but stop before the banner. I need it to start bluring when it gets nearer the logo. I need it to have a counter strike theme and colours that will go with the website
