Help with banner needed

hi guys

i got a banner from a free site that makes banners and now i want to post it in my parked site at 1plus, i need 2 post the banner code but i cant find it, i saved the banner 2 my com.

2nd, how do i resize the banner to fit it to my site ( 468x80 )?

if you find the image, host it onto your host/server or host it on photobucket or imageshack.
also maybe get another made at the size 468x80 so you don't wreck the quality trying to make it smaller
