Need Web Developer Right Away

This script can be difficult for beginners. I need someone with a great track record and is very creative. I want the website to be specific to the state of utah with creative ideas. See another site I had designed for me www.utahjobsonline.com for an example.

Anyway, this script is CGI-BIN. I will pay someone $100 paypal if you can give a face lift on the site.

-Logo integrated into site ( I already have a logo I can send it to you)
-Banners created
-Attention grabber icons gone
-Utah look and feel to the webpage (see my other website for type of examples) www.utahjobsonline.com it doesn’t need to be the same just an idea.
-Want the site to look a little more professional
